About this program
These terms and conditions govern the Covenant Tree Service LLCcustomer text messaging program (the “Program”). The Program sends service-related SMS messages to customers and prospective customers of Covenant Tree Service LLC, a tree service company serving Jackson County, Michigan. By opting in, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
How you opt in
You are enrolled in the Program only after you give us your express consent by one of the following:
- Submitting your mobile number through the estimate request form on this website, where the form states that you agree to receive text messages about your request.
- Giving your mobile number to us over the phone or in person and telling us it is okay to text you about your job.
- Texting us first at the number we publish for your job.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Covenant Tree Service LLC. You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
What we send
Messages are service-related and tied to your job with us. They include estimate links, appointment confirmations and reminders, crew arrival and scheduling updates, change order and approval notices, invoice and payment notifications, and replies to questions you send us. We do not send unrelated marketing or promotional messages through this Program.
Message frequency.Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us. Most customers receive roughly 2–6 messages per job, and no more than about 10 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply.Your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates apply to every message you send to us or receive from us. Check your plan with your carrier if you are unsure of the cost.
To stop messages, reply STOP. Text STOP to any message from us at any time. We will send one confirmation message and then stop texting you. You can also opt out by calling (517) 962-1314 or emailing covenanttreeservice85@gmail.com. To start receiving messages again, opt back in using any of the methods above.

Privacy and your mobile number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your mobile number only with the messaging service provider that delivers these messages on our behalf, solely so the messages can be sent to you. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Carriers and delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed by Covenant Tree Service LLC. The Program is supported by major U.S. carriers, but carrier participation may change without notice, and not every device or plan supports every message type.
Your responsibilities
Tell us promptly if your mobile number changes or is no longer yours, so we do not text someone else about your job. Do not use the Program to send unlawful, abusive, or harassing content.
Changes to the Program
We may change or end the Program, or update these terms, at any time. When we update these terms we revise the “last updated” date above. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated terms.
