Covenant Tree Service LLC(“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a family-owned tree service based in Jackson County, Michigan. We only collect information you give us directly:

• Contact details — your name, mobile or landline phone number, email address, and service address, submitted through our estimate request form or given to us over the phone.
• Job details — what you tell us about the work you need, along with estimates, change orders, scheduling notes, and job photos we create while serving you.
• Payment information — card payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

We use your information to respond to estimate requests, prepare and send estimates and invoices, schedule and perform work, take payment, and follow up about your job. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell it.

By providing your mobile number and requesting an estimate or agreeing to text updates, you consent to receive SMS messages from Covenant Tree Service LLC related to your service — estimate links, appointment confirmations and reminders, crew arrival notices, invoice and payment notifications, and replies to questions you send us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business — our email provider, our text messaging provider, and our payment processor — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service you asked for. We may also disclose information when required by law. As stated above, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Information you submit through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems available only to our staff. Payment details go directly to our payment processor and never touch our servers.

You may ask us to correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you by phone, text, or email, at any time. Contact us using the details above and we will take care of it. We keep job records as long as needed for warranty, accounting, and legal purposes.

Our services are directed to adult property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
